Discover Near West Indys is excited to be hosting the first annual Flow Fest of Near West Indy!

This FREE and FAMILY-FRIENDLY arts and cultural festival took place on the Near West side of Indianapolis on Saturday, July 9, 2016 from 3-8pm on the grounds of Central State Mansion (202 Steeples Blvd. Indianapolis, IN 46222). This festival, along with other arts-related events, were created by Bryan Fonseca and his Discover Near West Indys team as part of a Transformational Impact Fellowship with the Arts Council of Indianapolis funded through Lilly Endowment, Inc. Additional sponsors 1899 and Central State Mansion have come on board to support the project and have been kind enough to host the first annual Flow Fest on their property!

The goal of Flow Fest is to bring people together to celebrate the existing cultures and creative energy flowing in the Near West neighborhoods of Haughville, Hawthorne, Stringtown, and We Care, while also bringing awareness of these great Near West communities to others in and around the Indianapolis area.
